Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be completed before delivery. We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods.

Delivery Policy
We offer same day delivery in Dubai when orders are placed before 2pm. Delivery times may vary depending on location and traffic conditions.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If you receive damaged flowers, please contact us within 24 hours with photos at floandbloom.ae@gmail.com

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
